Get Xingtu author ID by Douyin UID

Returns Xingtu author ID by Douyin user ID (uid). Send uid (Douyin User ID (uid)). Returns xingtu author ID data; returns exist=false if the user does not exist or has not joined Xingtu. The returned Xingtu author ID is the o_author_id required by other creator endpoints.

Run it
