List runs

Returns bounded summaries, newest first: runId, endpointId, providerId, status, providerResponseStatus, createdAt, completedAt, actualCost, error, resultBytes, and servedEndpointId and servedProviderId (the endpoint and provider that answered; absent when none did). The full result payload stays on GET /v1/runs/{runId}; pass includeResult=true to get it here too.
