Just One API / TikTok Post Search

Just One API tool justoneapi-tiktok-search-post on looot: input fields, $0.0149 per call, output shape, and code to run it with curl, JavaScript or Python.

Searches TikTok posts (videos) by keyword, with sort, publish-time and region filters. Use it for content discovery and trend research.

Inputs

Name Type Required Description
keyword string yes Search keywords. Example: “coffee”
offset integer no Pagination offset, starting from 0 and stepping by 20. Example: 0
publishTime string no Time filter (default ALL). Example: “ALL”
region string no ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code (default US). Example: “US”
sortType string no Sort by RELEVANCE (default) or MOST_LIKED. Example: “RELEVANCE”

Output

Shape of the run’s result, checked against 1 real answer:

{ code, data: { extra: { now, logid, api_debug_info, fatal_item_ids: unknown[], search_request_id, server_stream_time }, cursor, log_pb: { impr_id }, version, has_more, backtrace, aweme_list: unknown[], components, status_code, feedback_type, search_item_list: { aweme_info: { ... }, search_aweme_info: { ... } }[], global_doodle_config: { keyword, feel_good: { ... }, hit_shark, new_source, hit_dolphin, hide_results, search_intent: { ... }, search_channel, feedback_survey: { ... }[], tns_search_result, display_filter_bar } }, message, requestId, recordTime }

Run it

Every call needs your API token in LOOOT_TOKEN; Sign in shows how to get one. Each run also needs a new idempotency key, so a retry never pays twice. With wait: 30 the answer comes back inline when the run ends within 30 seconds. Otherwise you get the running run back: poll GET /v1/runs/<runId>.

Example input with placeholder values:

curl -X POST "https://api.looot.ai/v1/runs" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $LOOOT_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -H "Idempotency-Key: $(uuidgen)" \
  -d '{"endpointId":"justoneapi-tiktok-search-post","input":{"keyword":"coffee","offset":0,"region":"US","sortType":"RELEVANCE","publishTime":"ALL"},"wait":30}'
const response = await fetch("https://api.looot.ai/v1/runs", {
