AnyAPI / X / Twitter Search
AnyAPI tool anyapi-run-twitter-search on looot: input fields, $0.00075 per call, output shape, and code to run it with curl, JavaScript or Python.
Search X (Twitter) with full advanced-search syntax (operators like from:, since:, until:, min_faves: work inline in the query) and get structured tweets with text, author, engagement, and cursor pagination. Limit is a per-page maximum; native pages contain approximately 20 tweets unless requireSinglePage selects a bulk lane. Price: $0.65 per 1,000 requests (flat per request - same cost regardless of results returned). Routing: 4 independent lanes are available in execution order. A failed attempt uses the next lane only when the request’s payment authorizes that lane’s price; the normalized schema stays the same. Catalog: X / Twitter Search pricing and uptime - live USD price, lane routing, and measured 30-day uptime. Every X (Twitter) endpoint.

- Job: Search X posts by keyword (
x.post.search) - Price: $0.00075 per call. A call that fails at the provider costs $0.
Inputs
| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
cursor |
string | no | Opaque pagination cursor from a previous response’s nextCursor. Omit for the first page; pass it to fetch the next page of search results. |
limit |
integer | no | Per-page maximum number of results to return (1-50, default 20). A provider may return a smaller native page; follow nextCursor for more. |
query |
string | yes | Search query using X (Twitter) advanced-search syntax. IMPORTANT: bare terms are ANDed - a tweet must contain EVERY word, so a list of loosely related keywords matches nothing; use one short phrase or OR between alternatives (e.g. ‘anyapi OR getanyapi’). When an operator follows an OR list, put the list in parentheses, e.g. ‘(anyapi OR getanyapi) -filter’: without them X applies the operator to the last alternative only, so such a query is refused at no charge with the corrected query… |
queryType |
string | no | Which posts to return: ‘Latest’ (newest first, the default), ‘Top’ (most popular), ‘Photos’ (newest posts with images), or ‘Videos’ (newest posts with video). Photos and Videos search your query as written with filter or filter added after it, so they cost the same as a Latest search. |
Output
The run’s result holds the provider’s answer. Signed in, looot inspect anyapi-run-twitter-search prints its fields.
Run it
Every call needs your API token in LOOOT_TOKEN; Sign in shows how to get one. Each run also needs a new idempotency key, so a retry never pays twice. With wait: 30 the answer comes back inline when the run ends within 30 seconds. Otherwise you get the running run back: poll GET /v1/runs/<runId>.
Example input with placeholder values:
