**Deprecated (April 2026):** TikTok no longer returns advertisers in its Ad Library search. This endpoint may still return keyword suggestions, but advertiser results are unavailable upstream. The TikTok Ads Library Advertiser Search API provides suggestions for advertiser names and related keywords when searching the TikTok Ads Library. This API returns autocomplete-style results to help users discover advertisers and relevant ad keywords. **Key Features:** - Search for TikTok advertisers by name - Get advertiser suggestions with associated IDs - Discover related keyword suggestions - Lightweight autocomplete functionality for ad library exploration **Cross-linking**: The advertiser IDs returned by this API can potentially be used with other TikTok Ads Library APIs to fetch detailed advertiser information or their associated advertisements.

- **Tool id:** `searchapi-io-tiktok-ads-library-advertiser-search`
- **Provider:** [SearchAPI.io](/providers/searchapi-io)
- **Job:** [Tiktok ads library advertiser search search](/reference/jobs/search-tiktok-ads-library-advertiser-search) (`search.tiktok-ads-library-advertiser-search`)
- **Price:** $0.004 per call. A call that fails at the provider costs $0.

## Inputs

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `engine` | string | no | Fixed to "tiktok_ads_library_advertiser_search" for this endpoint. Example: "tiktok_ads_library_advertiser_search" |
| `q` | string | yes | |

## Output

The run's `result` holds the provider's answer. Signed in, `looot inspect searchapi-io-tiktok-ads-library-advertiser-search` prints its fields.

## Run it

Every call needs your API token in `LOOOT_TOKEN`; [Sign in](/get-started/sign-in#use-the-token-in-scripts-and-agents) shows how to get one. Each run also needs a new idempotency key, so a retry never pays twice. With `wait: 30` the answer comes back inline when the run ends within 30 seconds. Otherwise you get the running run back: poll `GET /v1/runs/<runId>`.

Example input with placeholder values:
