Retrieve public recommendations left on a Facebook Business Page, including the review text, whether the reviewer recommends the business, the reviewer's profile, attached images, reactions, and comment threads. Facebook reviews are recommendations rather than star ratings, so each review reports `recommendation` ("recommends" or "doesn't recommend") instead of a numeric score. The page-level `rating` follows the same model: it is the percentage of reviewers who recommend the business, from 0 to 100, and not a score out of 5. These fields match the `about.ratings`, `about.rating`, and `about.reviews_count` fields of the Facebook Business Page API. **Cross-linking**: `page_id` and `username` are the same identifiers used by the Facebook Business Page API, so a page located there can be passed straight to this API. The `page` object returned on the first page mirrors the `page` object of the Facebook Business Page API. Paginate with `pagination.next_page_token`; token-based pages return reviews only and omit `page`, `rating`, and `reviews_count`. Send one of: page_id, username, url.

- **Tool id:** `searchapi-io-facebook-business-page-reviews`
- **Provider:** [SearchAPI.io](/providers/searchapi-io)
- **Job:** [Facebook business page reviews search](/reference/jobs/search-facebook-business-page-reviews) (`search.facebook-business-page-reviews`)
- **Price:** $0.004 per call. A call that fails at the provider costs $0.

## Inputs

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `engine` | string | no | Fixed to "facebook_business_page_reviews" for this endpoint. Example: "facebook_business_page_reviews" |
| `next_page_token` | string | no |   |
| `page_id` | string | no |   |
| `url` | string | no |   |
| `username` | string | no |   |

## Output

The run's `result` holds the provider's answer. Signed in, `looot inspect searchapi-io-facebook-business-page-reviews` prints its fields.

## Run it

Every call needs your API token in `LOOOT_TOKEN`; [Sign in](/get-started/sign-in#use-the-token-in-scripts-and-agents) shows how to get one. Each run also needs a new idempotency key, so a retry never pays twice. With `wait: 30` the answer comes back inline when the run ends within 30 seconds. Otherwise you get the running run back: poll `GET /v1/runs/<runId>`.

Example input with placeholder values:

```
```js JavaScript

To let looot pick among every provider of this job instead, send `job:search.facebook-business-page-reviews` as `endpointId`; see [the job page](/reference/jobs/search-facebook-business-page-reviews).
