Meta's help page says that when a service isn't in Muse's built-in list, you can ask Muse to
create a custom connector for it, and that Meta doesn't review custom connectors before Muse
builds them.

Before you start you need a looot account. The runs you make spend the organization's balance, so
top up before your first paid run. See [Before your first run](/money#before-your-first-run).

## Suggested prompt

Ask Muse:

## The token

Create an agent token in Settings, **Agent tokens**, on looot.ai, with only the scopes the
connector needs and a short expiry. Paste it only into Muse's own secure credential prompt, never
into the chat itself.

Whether Muse can instead complete browser sign-in on a custom connector is not confirmed. Until
that's checked, treat the header token as the only way in.

## Check it works

Ask Muse to call [`balance`](/mcp-tools/balance) or [`catalog_overview`](/mcp-tools/catalog-overview). Both are free. A working connection answers
with your available balance, or the catalog's categories and job counts.

## What you see when you connect

Not confirmed. If Muse's connector completes browser sign-in, the browser would open looot.ai and
show the consent page described in [The consent page](/connect#the-consent-page); if it only
takes the header token, there is no consent page to show.
